Villa de Varda has been making Grappa in Trentino for six generations. To make a unique product, they joined forces with Jose Quevedo’s family, who run the Aldea Rum Distillery on Las Palmas in the Canary Islands.

The Grappa Riserva Rum Cask ages in our new barriques for a long time before being transferred into select casks used for the “Aldea” Rum. The combination between Grappa and Rum makes this spirits extraordinarily complex, smooth and elegant.
