60% Pinot Noir and 40% Teroldego grape skins from Trentino, softly pressed and distilled straight after raking
Color: Intense amber with yellow gold strikes
Nose: delicate, fine and intense with an extraordinary character, morello cherry, very ripe red fruits and toasty notes of coffee, almonds and cocoa
Palate: uniquely smooth with a great aromatic complexity, elegant, rich and with an interesting fruity, flowery and toasty bouquet
